QUENBY STILTON
Handmade in the traditional manner using milk from local Leicestershire village herds. Cheese making in Quenby can be traced back to the 17 th Century. Matured for 12 weeks, it has a rich & creamy texture, with erratic blue veining
ST EADBURGHA
A soft bloomy rinded cheese, made by Michael Stacey @ Gorsehill Abbey Farm near Broadway, Worcestershire.
Mild & firm when young, but gradually develops more flavour with a creamier texture as it ages.
WINDRUSH VALLEY GOATS
Made by Richard & Renee Loveridge from the milk from their small holding near Burford. It is very soft, fresh & Clean tasting Cheese made with pasteurised milk.
